Job Summary

Diva Divine Hair Extensions and Wigs is India's leading premium brand. We supply extensions and wigs to all the top salons in India and operate a showroom in New Delhi. We are looking for a Retail Operation Manager to help supervise all aspects of our retail operations in Delhi, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities and Duties

• Meeting monthly sales targets for salons and stylists in Delhi NCR
• Documenting all sales calls and demos
• Opening and Closing our New Delhi Retail Showroom
• Managing a team of retail employees and delivery drivers
• Tracking employee holiday and sick time
• Managing and clearing all vendor payments
• Managing drivers making local delivers in NCR and couriers in all India
• Overseeing car maintenance and service
• Receiving all cash payments and checking against invoices
• Maintaining detailed reporting of outstanding salon payments
• Conducting monthly physical inventory checks and identifying any discrepancies.
• Tracking all inventory located at our partner salons
• Managing all owner expenses and payments
• Scheduling appointments and assigning stylists for permanent extensions
• Effective customer relationship management of salons and end clients

Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager – Professional Channel (Salons and Beauty Academies). Rarely, in India, do Salons and Beauty Academies offer quality hair extensions specifically because they do not know where to source them nor do they know how to use them; Diva Divine is the only professional option for both the products and the training. We want you to expand Diva Divine throughout India to all the large, medium and small salon chains, offering them our training and products. There is very little competition in the market and Diva Divine is poised to dominate the industry – we just need YOU to help us do it. The applicant should have the ability to think out of the box in order to develop and implement creative yet effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused on increasing customer acquisition and customer retention.
• Create ambitious but achievable revenue targets and reach those targets
• Identification, acquisition and management of new distribution channels and partners.
• Assimilation and compilation of user feedback and after-sales support
• Relationship management with existing and new customer, partners and distributors.
• Setup and management of a sales and partner relations teams.
• Track and manage all leads and sales in CRM system

Requirements

• Should at least have a bachelor’s degree (Specialization in business administration, sales or any other relevant field is a plus).
• Should have prior working experience in the cosmetic industry
• Proven sales track record is a MUST
• Prior Experience in customer handling is a plus
• Must be very proficient in English (written and oral)
• Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be willing to learn basic elements of hair extension installation and maintenance

Marketing Manager

Diva Divine is looking for a brilliant creative and strategic thinker who will lead and manage strategy and execution for Diva Divine’s influencer programming. We are looking for someone excited to think outside of the box and take a creative approach to problem solving, while keeping an eye on key KPIs and metrics. You understand the power of relationships, and you are on top of the latest influencer trends. You have an inherent need to push the envelope. You’ll be responsible for everything, including over-arching influencer strategy, influencer relationship outreach and management, influencer gifting, events and partnerships. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategy around influencer marketing, including relationship management, outreach, gifting and list growth.
• Responsible for analyzing traffic and revenue from influencers compared to Diva Divine e-commerce metrics on a monthly basis.
• Constantly research and connect with influencers that are new to Diva Divine, always focusing on increasing our network.
• Build content calendars specific to influencer marketing, aligning with Digital Marketing, Social Media and Merchandising Teams to reflect key programs and product launches.
• Manage outreach to network of fashion and beauty influencers to maintain relationships, as well as sending newsletters to alert the group of on-site promotions and sales.
• Manage influencer gifting and event strategy.
• Plan events across the country to strengthen relationships with influencers.

About you:

• 3-5+ years experience (post college) managing social media, public relations and/or influencer relationships for an ecommerce or fashion brand.
• Experience hitting key marketing metrics.
• One step above an early adopter.
• You view the world through an “insta worthy” lense
• You are an excellent writer and communicator.
• Your organizational skills are award winning
• You’re results driven and always back up recommendations with numbers.
• You are a self starter, but great at asking for help when needed.
• You’ve worked with Google Analytics, RewardStyle or other similar tools.
